It's not as good as last years version, and the entrance is terrible.

Thanks for the feedback, remember this is version 1 and still early season for the park. The park is forever changing with snow and weather conditions.

Was hoping for some good jumps with some decent float and air time. The first step-down just shoots you out not up, and the "hip" doesn't have a landing.
Good set up for most of the jibs though, would like to see a few more rails in there soon.

Entrance is pretty brutal and needs to be fixed, but overall has some good features so far. Can't wait for version 2 of the park and hopefully it will start to look more like the drawn up plans!

Better then last years but the jumps need to be moved back to sidewinder and made at least two times bigger for some good air more rails and boxes

the hits were well built and it's nice to see you're using the standard S, M, L designations for the sizes. the entrance is awful, i agree. why not enter from that main run?

I understand we need some more snow. but when we do get more, lets get some floaty kickers. I'm thankful castle even has a park. Lived in the F-word last season. what a famine, and don't judge me.

Move the park to the outrider trail and quit ruining the one good green run of the haig. The park takes everyone who is not using the park and funnels them thru a narow spot which also is where the few that use the park stop and put on the brakes to enter the park. That area is now a icey mounded up patch that makes a beginner not want to use it. So now you have all beginners going to buffalo flats so it is beat up bad and then another park shows up. Terrible idea. Build the parks in there own area or off of outrider or the north road.

The skinny box at the bottom and the s box were great but the jumps badly need landings. When is the big hit park going to be open?

Thanks for all the feedback, all comments will be considered. The Big Hit Park will be open when we get more snow. There are now two entrances to the Rawhide Terrain Park. We are just trying to maintain what we have right now, hope your all enjoying it!
Cheers,
Park Crew

Again, the enterance is not the best, you need to put up some signs reminding people that dont use the park to not park themselves below jumps and sit there! i almost took off a kids head the other day Because he was havin a rest right below the last jump in the rawhide park. More jumps would be sweet, and more rails, if you get the snow make the park like the draw up plans...

The park had no flow. At best you could hit 3 features in a row. A good park should consist more then one consistant line for more then one skill level and not just a bunch of rails spread out over an area. It does not require alot of snow to have a good rail park. I also could not understand why the park was closed in the mornings because it was firm? Every ski hill has the same issue when it's spring and I have never seen this happen anywhere. I was at Lake Louise yesterday and they have 50 foot tables that are open when the chair fires up. With this being said the park has taken huge stepps back from the direction it was one headed. It's like the crew has no real experience at all and have not improved fro the park that was there last year.

I liked the terrain parks this year but the park on buffulo flats should have bigger jumps next year and better landings but I thought the terrain parks were good this year even though they need some work.

parks were okay this year but next year i think you guys should make all of the sidewinder run a terrain park and on the traverse have a few jibs. make sure the entrance is good!

I would have to agree with an earlier post of moving the terrain park to Outrider Trail. Currently you have riders ripping down a green run to get to the terrain park. This makes alot of new and inexperienced riders quite nervous and not wanting to be there. In effect limiting the terrain that Castle has developed to entice this group of people.
